Prepare Photo

The quality of the photo you’re going to provide is very important.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure the best quality possible.

Right Photo

- Child SMILING (most important)

- Child facing the camera

- Well-focused (not blurry)

- Well-lighted

- Closeup shot (face is occupying more than half of the photo)

- Photo file must be at least 500kb

Wrong Photo

- Hair too long. If your child’s hair is too long, we would crop them in shoulder length as it would present difficulties in animation. We recommend having them in pigtails, ponytail or bun.

- Photo taken too far away. The child's face
might not be large enough.

- Blurry. Out-of-focus photo.

- Obstructed. Photo where the face is partially covered.

- Cropped. Photo where the child’s face is cropped.

- Black & White. Colored photo is a must.
